With over 30 years of experience, Lindsey has handled many issues which required extensive research and collaboration with other attorneys. In family law matters, Lindsey keeps current with statutory changes in spousal maintenance, child support, and all other issues pertaining to divorce, custody, parentage, litigation, and fair and equitable agreements. Lindsey has worked in estate planning preparing wills and trusts for her entire career. She has also represented adopting parents, guardians and wards in Probate Court.

Lindsey has focused her practice very specifically in this area. Divorce, post-divorce, and other family matters are often a very tough time to endure. She will help you through this process and advocate for your position with respect to parent child contact, parental rights and responsibilities, support litigation, negotiation and collaboration of support and marital settlement agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and dissolution of civil unions. A particularly positive area of her practice is the representation of parties in adoption and step-parent adoption. Her years of experience in these matters can help you to have a more positive experience.

Lindsey’s other main focus is in this area. Whether you are in need of a will, trust, advance directive, or power of attorney, she is experienced in these and related legal issues and outcomes with such planning and can advise you on what you may or may not need. Lindsey can also assist you with handling estate matters after the passing of a loved one.

She currently practices in the preparation of documents for the sale of real estate, and can attend your closing.
